I made my first quilt in 2004 and it was LOVE at first stitch! Im referred to as the Queen of One Block Wonder Quilt (OBW)? I have made 59 of these quilts and have been teaching the process since 2006. Check out my OBW Gallery and the free tutorials I offer. I have sewn the blocks into rows and sewn the row together. Now I need to design how I want the borders to look.

I have sorted my hexagon blocks by predominate color and then went to the design wall to come up with a design that I liked. Now I will sew the rows together and then decide how to finish the borders. I think I will call this one “Aurora Borealis”.
